Pain is temporary, it’s the stories we tell ourselves which give us sorrow. Going back to Plato's analogy of the horses, you can think of them as actual magnificent animals which can be calmed, fed, nourished, directed and then led.
You have to make your own happiness. And, you create the condition of happiness by your actions.
Knowing what may take place, prepares us for difficult situations, instead of being surprised and overwhelmed, we’d know the next steps to take.

Some e-books have text to speak readers: TTS(Text-To-Speech) have multiple functions which can enhance the learning experience.
E-books are more cost effective than obtaining a full reading curriculum: e-textbooks or tablets cost on average of 50-60% less than print textbooks.
